The Hi-Line Health Foundation was established in 1988 to raise funds to help support and contribute to Liberty County Hospital and Nursing Home, DBA Logan Health- Chester, and assure quality health care services on the Hi-Line.
The Board of Directors is made up of 12 members and they meet monthly.
