Donations can be made to the Hi-Line Health Foundation by check or cash. Contributions can be mailed in or delivered to the Foundation office, located in Logan Health – Chester Administration Department. If you are donating to a specific department, please include a note with the designated area specified. If you are making a donation in memory of someone who has passed away, please include the individual’s name on the memo line and/or a memorial envelope can be requested.
